When Lions Roar by Thomas Maier

Copy received from Blogging For Books for an honest review
Four Stars
When Lions Roar by Thomas Maier is not a quick read. It is a very long and lengthy book. However, it is full of wonderful information about two very powerful families in political history. The Kennedys in US politics and the Churchill's' in British history.  There are many different elements that I liked about this book. First, Maier really analyzes and details  the political life of both these families.  I especially liked all the personal details that he provided about each family individually and interacting with each other.  It took me a while to read but it was very satisfying, informative, personable and many parts were very surprising.
