This is my first read by this author.
I really enjoyed it. It was a sweet and exciting romance. I don't often read many highlander romances and this was a great read.
The heroine Elspeth MacMillan is kidnapped by Calum. Calum is devoted to his clan because of stolen lands he sees that the only way to restore this land is to kidnapped Elspeth. He is determined to do right by his clan but not follow in is fathers footsteps. Elspeth and Calum start to fall in love with each other and both have to come to a reckoning about their future.
