I loved this book so much! I was absolutely captivated with Maria and Jesse in the first book... and their story doesn't disappoint. There are so many funny and laugh out loud moments. Some have to do with a goat. Such a sweet and cute story. Only Valerie Bowman could make June in Florid feel like Christmas in Decemeber. She is the queen at setting the scene. I enjoyed the banter and tenderness between Maria and Jesse. Now... counting down to Charlotte and Sawyers book! Once I started reading this book I could not put it down. Perfect way to start summer... even though the story is set in December in Long Island.
